Frequently Asked Questions

We understand things happen. We can absolutely cancel an order and a refund can be issued.  

A full refund can be issued in the original form of payment 2 days after purchase. If requesting a refund 3 days after purchase only 50% will be refunded. Any cancellations on the same day delivery or pickup is scheduled, no refund will be issued.

At this time we are unable to process same day orders. Most orders must be placed 3 days in advance. 

We are a home based floral design business. You can order designs from our website or contact us to discuss the types of blooms you would like to order. 

Absolutely! We love bringing our client's vision to life. If you are inspired by designs you have seen on social media please contact us to discuss! 

If you are picking up in the Union/Vauxhall area, we can meet you for no additional fee. If you are requesting to pick up your order outside of Union/Vauxhall area, the delivery fee applies to your order.
